Viraj helped to develop and curate the EmmaWell digital program. As a women's health professional, Viraj has an extensive background in pregnancy, childbirth, and motherhood.
Viraj is a board-certified women's health PA with over 20 years of experience and has a certification in Maternal Mental Health. Previously at Hatch Motherhood, she was the Education Director and provided maternal health consultations.
Viraj received her BS from Michigan and MS from Rosalind Franklin.
Mom of 2 college students. In addition to tennis, yoga, and travel, Viraj loves to sing and comes from a very talented and musical family.
Having supported new moms and their babies throughout Philadelphia and the Main Line for over 25 years, Donna brings her wealth of expertise in lactation and maternal health to EmmaWell.
An IBCLC, Donna provides lactation consults in the maternity ward of Paoli Hospital, where she is famously known as “Boob Donna" and recently launched BoobDonna.com, a virtual lactation platform.
Donna creates and teaches courses for the International Doula Institute and speaks at national conferences. She previously worked as a private practice lactation consultant and labor/postpartum doula and is the past Chair of the Main Line Health Lactation Committee.
Donna’s free time is devoted to her family - 2 fabulous kids, one amazing son-in-law, and her supportive husband of over 30 years.
Ashley is a registered nurse and CPR Instructor with experience in neonatal intensive care. She has an unyielding passion to care for newborn children and help their families through challenging times. Ashley is highly motivated by the dynamic and collaborative environment that EmmaWell offers.
Ashley graduated from Penn State in 2008 with a degree in Biobehavioral Health and then received her BSN from Drexel in 2010.
Ashley grew up in Downingtown and currently resides in Havertown, PA with her husband and their 3 children. Her personal interests include spending time at the beach, traveling, sewing, and fashion.
Ann Marie is an experienced pediatric sleep consultant and founder of AM Smiles Sleep Training.
She has helped hundreds of tired parents improve their little ones' sleep through customized planning.
Ann Marie received her BSEd in Elementary Education and MSEd in Special Education from West Chester University. She has over seven years of experience as a sleep training consultant.
Ann Marie currently lives in Haverford, PA with her husband and 3 boys.
Randi has spent over 20 years as a child advocate, yoga teacher, and doula and is the founder of Yoga Mamas, through which she brings her passion for prenatal and postpartum yoga.
Randi’s work on the pain management team as a therapist at Children’s Hospital has given her a deep understanding of the hospital environment and expertise in dealing with such discomfort. Her Master's from NYU in Drama Therapy has built her foundation in creatively addressing mental health and relationship needs.
As a teacher, she hopes to break down barriers to accessing yoga instruction and quality prenatal and postpartum care. Randi speaks to the discrepancies our system of class and race has had on birth and advocates for all families. 10% of her teaching profits go to the Black Mamas Matter Alliance and the Maternity Care Coalition.
Lang Ngov is a physical therapist (PT) with a special interest in the prevention of diastasis recti for which she received a research grant.
After graduating from UConn, she moved to CA to start her career as a PT. While there she completed a residency in the world-renowned Vallejo PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) program. Later she moved back to the Philadelphia area to be closer to family.
Lang is one of 6 physical therapists in PA who is a Certified Functional Manual Therapist (CFMT). She is a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist as well as a certified Pilates instructor.
Lang is the owner of Optimal Physical Therapy and Wellness as well as a mom of two young children.
